Start living on your own terms

Coaching that helps neurodivergent women
build a life that actually works

If you've been told:

  • "Just try harder."

  • "It's easy. You should be able to figure it out."

  • "You just need to buckle down."

Here's the truth:

You are not the problem.

The problem is the systems that you've been trying to force yourself into.

You don't need more willpower.

You don't need to try harder.

You need support that actually understands how your brain works. And helps you design a life that works with it, not against it.

When you start working
with your brain:

  • You wake up knowing what to do because you've designed routines that actually fit how your brain actually works (not someone else's idea of how it should work).

  • You set boundaries without guilt because you understand your needs aren't "too much," they're just yours.

  • You have energy left at the end of the day because you're not spending it on masking, overcompensating, or forcing yourself into systems that don't fit.

  • You trust yourself because you've learned to work with your brain instead of against it.

This isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about designing a life that empowers you to be yourself.

What you can expect when
we work together

Personalized support for your brain.

No generic advice. No one-size-fits-all programs. Everything we do is tailored to how you actually operate.

"Helping me hear myself — that is exactly what I wanted to get more clarity on." — Taylor

Practical tools you can use immediately.

You'll leave every session with tangible action steps: routines, boundaries, decision-making frameworks.

A judgment-free space.

No shame. No pressure to be "normal." Just compassion, patience, and acceptance.

Research-backed strategies.

Everything we do is grounded in neuroscience and research on how neurodivergent brains work.

Mindset work that actually matters.

A lot of the struggle isn't just logistics—it's the stories you tell yourself. We'll reframe those so they move you forward instead of keeping you stuck.

"I've been stuck in this cycle, this thought pattern... and now I've taken a step back I'm thinking, well no, I don't have to think of it like that." — Anne

The late diagnosis reckoning

If you were diagnosed late in life, you know what I'm talking about.

There's this moment when you suddenly see it:

"I've been living the wrong life." â€‹— Jo

Not a bad life, necessarily. Just the wrong one. The one you thought you were supposed to live. But it's one that doesn't work for you.

And once you see it, you can't unsee it. Your body won't let you go back.

I'll help you navigate this reckoning. Because it's terrifying.

And it's also the beginning of something real.

"But you look fine..''

Someone can look fine but be completely maxed out.

And when you try to explain this to people who don't get it, you end up exhausting yourself even more.

"If you always push through your whole life, you don't have any idea where your true capacity is." - Jax

In our work together, we'll:

  • Help you recognize your own capacity signals (before you hit the wall)

  • Identify what drains you vs. what restores you

  • Practice communicating capacity without over-explaining

  • Build strategies for protecting your capacity in relationships and work

The goal isn't to have infinite capacity. The goal is to honor the capacity you actually have and build a life that works within it.

How we'll work together

We meet one-on-one, in whatever format works best for you.

I want you to feel comfortable in our sessions.

I usually meet with clients on Google Meet. It's entirely up to you whether or not you turn your camera on.

If you prefer talking on the phone, we can do that instead. And if you would rather communicate in writing, we can arrange text-based coaching.

Most clients meet weekly, but the schedule is flexible.

We'll find a rhythm that works for your life.

After each session, you'll get detailed notes.

I'll send you a summary of what we covered, plus the action steps we identified, so you don't have to remember everything or take your own notes.

Clients frequently tell me how much they appreciate having those notes that they can refer back to.

We start with understanding your brain.

Everything we do is grounded in how neurodivergent brains actually work. There's no forcing yourself into systems that don't fit.

You build trust in yourself.

This is about learning to work with your brain and trusting that how you operate makes sense.

— Jo

"I feel more trust in allowing for the time that this needs to take. And I'm sitting with how good it feels not to be alone in that."

— Alex

"I've started to see evidence that I am acting differently. So we are at an inflection point."

Let's talk

Book a free consultation call.

We'll talk about where you are now, where you want to be, and whether coaching is the right fit.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a conversation about what's possible.

Sessions are $120/hour. I offer a sliding scale if that's not doable for you right now. We can talk more about that during our consultation.

More frequently asked questions

How does coaching work?

We meet one-on-one on Google Meet. Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

We work together to understand where you are now, clarify where you want to go, and design a plan to help you get there.

I'm interested in coaching, but I hate video calls.

I got you! We have options. We can: stick with Google Meet, with cameras on; use Google Meet, cameras off; do an old-fashioned phone call; or have a text-based session.

Do you take insurance?

While I don't take insurance, I do offer a sliding scale. We can talk about that in more detail during our consultation call.

What if I live outside the United States?

I can work with you no matter where you live. Currently, I work with clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

What's your coaching background?

I'm trained by Thriving Coach Academy in a neuroscience-based coaching model.

I also bring 20+ years of experience as an investigative reporter, personal lived experience as someone who is AuDHD, and deep knowledge of neurodivergence research and strategies.

How long does coaching take?

It depends on your goals. Generally, clients work with me for a few months, but it can be shorter or longer.
